Lower Back, SI Joint, Groin, and Hamstring Stretch

This stretch is great for opening up the lower back and eliminating the "blocked" feeling of the sacroiliac joint.

Remember to keep your chest up and butt out (straight spine) while performing this stretch. I suggest doing the stretch for 5-10 minutes due to its second "piano key" element.

Perform this stretch daily and or 3x weekly for 5-10 minutes total
