The Headache and Mid Back Pain Relief Exercise.

Please USE TWO TENNIS BALLS or something with the equivalent size!

I can't stress enough how important this is. Two tennis balls help make sure the trigger points causing the pain are being eliminated versus being pushed left and right.

Perform this exercise daily and or 3x weekly for 5-10 minutes. I do this much longer as it helps dramatically with my posture too.
